1. Kevin Burke, the retired Healdsburg Police chief and Sonoma County Democratic Party favorite, has officially dropped out of the race for Sonoma County sheriff. Burke made a statement on Monday where he announced he made the decision to withdraw "for reasons related to my health and in consultation with my family, friends, and personal physician."
