Métier Marketing Manager Gets "Forty Under 40" Recognition

Healdsburg-based Métier, a project portfolio management (PPM) company located at the corner of North St. and Healdsburg Ave., announced the recognition of Marketing Manager Sara Thompson as one of the winners of the North Bay Business Journal's seventh-annual “Forty Under 40” awards. 

Forty Under 40 recognizes the area’s most promising young business and community leaders.  North Bay native Sara Thompson was selected from more than 130 nominees. A full list of awardees is online here, and includes several other area winners.

Thompson’s unique blend of creativity and strategic thinking has been the reason for her quick rise to a key leadership position at Métier, according to a press release from the company.  In her role at Métier, Thompson is responsible for developing strategic marketing campaigns to promote the company’s brand and suite of PPM software and service solutions. 

Thompson’s most recent project led the development of a new online presence for Métier, which received award recognition by the International Academy of the Visual Arts for its overall structure and navigation features. 

“Sara is a consummate professional, completely dedicated to combining her passion for the creative and design while enhancing our brand,” said Sandra Richardson, Métier’s Chief Marketing Officer.  “We are so lucky to have Sara’s unique blend of skills to lead our product design teams and to also execute our marketing strategy so flawlessly.  That is not an easy job in the incredibly fast-paced environment of Métier, but Sara makes it all look easy.”

Thompson will be honored for her award at the North Bay Business Journal’s gala reception on April 30 at the Hyatt Vineyard Creek in Santa Rosa amongst community leaders and peers.  Sara’s colleagues at Métier will be in attendance to celebrate Sara’s award.
