Prato do Dia at Cafe Lucia -- Lunch and Dinner Daily!

Prato do Dia (“Plate of the Day”) is inspired by fond memories of family trips to Lucia and Manuel’s family home Island of Sao Jorge, Azores, Portugal, where their cousins own a roadside café, appropriately named Café Restaurante Central . At Café Restaurante Central, you settle in with family and friends, order up a tasty bottle of Portuguese vinho, and let the kitchen do it’s magic. Before you know it, you are being served up the chef’s choice of a most delicious Prato do Dia with freshly baked bread.

At Cafe Lucia we hope to bring that same experience to our guests with Prato do Dia. To make it even less effortless, we have selected the perfect wine and port pairing should you choose to partake. Of course, our regular menu and wine list is always available.

Since wine country life may be slightly more hectic than island life and we don’t want you to miss out on something delicious, we will be offering our Prato do Dia menu for a week at a time and launching a new Prato do Dia menu on Friday of each week.
