Ride Into The Future With Economic Prosperity

For years, one of the big business networking events has been the annual trade show at the in Healdsburg.

Every year, they add a bit more to make it better and this year will be prove to be bigger and better than ever. The event takes place tomorrow -- Wednesday, April 6 -- from 4 to 7 p.m. 

The first hour will be for a special business-to-business hour. Then the public is invited to attend from 5 to 7 p.m. 

There is a great silent auction, lots of fine food samplings, and many drawings that are held by the participating vendors. It is a positive business and networking environment to launch us into a new season.

This is a great place to meet the businesses that have come to Healdsburg as well as catch up with old friends. 

This will be the first year that our new Chamber president, will be at the helm. If you have not yet met “Mo,” please come up and introduce yourself.

McElroy is a powerhouse of energy with a great track record in Chamber business development. It is McElroy who brought the Amgen Bicycle Tour to Sonoma County and all the dollars that the tour brings with it. 

Three years ago, this event began a tradition of having a “business to business” hour just prior to opening the doors to the public. That has proven to be very successful.

This year they are taking it up a notch by having that session run like those speed dating events that you hear about.

Businesses will go from one booth to the next every time a bell is rung about every three minutes. This will give that vendor three minutes to give their elevator pitch, a short description of why their business is the best at what they do. 

There will be onsite parking as well as a shuttle provided by , a new local wine tours company. You may park at the on Powell Avenue and get a free ride up.
