Roads Open In Healdsburg; Schools Closed Friday

No power outages or downed trees were reported.

All roads have reopened in Healdsburg where kayaks plied the waters of the parking lots of Safeway off West Matheson Street and the CVS store on Center Street today.

Debra Nelson, the City’s Emergency Operations Center’s coordinator, said the flooded roads began reopening around 2 p.m. and the last road closure ended at 3:15 p.m.

The overflowing Foss Creek flooded portions of Healdsburg Avenue and Grove and Mill Streets.
