One of two air tankers from the Sonoma-Lake-Napa unit of Cal Fire dumped some fire retardant on some cars and a building in the Bay Vista apartment complex, Wargo said. The drop forced the closure of Hutchins Way,
Fire Chief Mark Heine said.
Residents were ordered to shelter in place but evacuations were not ordered. The shelter in place has since been lifted and residents have returned home.
