Breaking: Police say the Sonoma County arrests were made Wednesday in Santa Rosa and Petaluma.

SONOMA COUNTY, CA -- Santa Rosa police on Wednesday arrested five people on suspicion of trafficking methamphetamine in Sonoma County. Narcotics detective had been following one of those arrested, Raymundo Flores Navarro, 40, of Santa Rosa, and several co-conspirators since last year, Sgt. Rich Celli said.

Detectives followed Navarro Wednesday morning until he arrived at a residence on South E Street. He was found with an ounce of methamphetamine and several thousand dollars when he was arrested, Celli said.

Detectives also were surveilling Navarro's alleged co-conspirator Guillermo Zamudio-Navarro, 36, of Santa Rosa, when he allegedly made a drug transaction with Hector Gustavo Cortes, 49, of Santa Rosa, Celli said.

Bronsert has multiple convictions for drug offenses in Sonoma County and was out on bail for narcotics possession, Celli said.

The Petaluma property contained a residence and two outbuildings, and Navarro, Bronsert and Lindsay Bain Williams, 30, of Petaluma, lived in the main residence, Celli said.

Williams was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine for sales and transportation, and she also has multiple drug convictions in the county, Celli said.

Detectives also arrested Thomas Gordon Balman, 57, at his makeshift residence on the Petaluma property on suspicion of being a felon in possession of five firearms and ammunition. Balman also has drug convictions
in the county, Celli said.

The investigation of methamphetamine trafficking in the area is continuing, Celli said.
