Storm drain repairs set for Tuesday.
HEALDSBURG, CA – Powell Avenue will be closed to eastbound traffic all day Tuesday Nov. 15, according to staff at the City of Healdsburg Planning & Building.
Contract crews will be replacing a damaged storm drain inlet. This work is weather-dependent, officials said..
