• Board Continues Contracts with Nonprofits for Homeless Services (mynewsla.com) — Riverside County supervisors have approved continued funding for Valley Restart Shelter in Hemet as part of a $1.21 million package supporting three homeless service nonprofits countywide. Running through 2031, the agreements will keep emergency shelter beds and referral programs available, linking unhoused residents to temporary housing and supportive services through first responders and outreach teams.
