Teen Struck and Killed Outside Highland Charter School
A 17-year-old student was struck this morning while walking on Figueroa Street and Avenue 60.
A 17-year-old boy was struck by a truck in Highland Park this morning and died at the scene, Los Angeles police reported.
The teen, who was reportedly a student at a nearby charter school, was killed about 7:30 a.m. at Figueroa Street and Avenue 60.
His name was withheld, pending notification of his relatives.
