Roth Downie Reported Missing, Last Seen Locally (theunionstar.com subscription) — A Hillsborough mother is urgently asking local residents to help locate her 33-year-old son, Max W. Roth Downie, who has been missing since early September. She reported him to Burlingame and San Mateo police, and believes he may be in San Francisco, possibly using public transit. Anyone who sees Max is asked to contact San Mateo Police and reference case 2609040126.
