LOS ANGELES, CA — GO Campaign, a nonprofit that supports children in underserved communities, has planned its 2022 "Vintage Hollywood" benefit and auction for June 11, with comedian and actor Joel McHale as host.

Now in its 20th year, the Vintage Hollywood Foundation raises funds for charities, large and small, that promote the health and well-being of Southern California’s diverse community, organizers said.

“After two years at home, we’re thrilled to come together in-person to support our Los Angeles community,” said Scott Fifer, GO Campaign founder and CEO. “Though our work is global, much of the funds we raise with Vintage Hollywood will be directly poured back into the community around us, supporting Los Angeles children to make sure they have every opportunity to thrive.”

Among the auction items are a stay at Belmond’s El Encanto resort in Santa Barbara, a private tour of Jay Leno’s Garage, spa treatments at Beverly Hills' Belladonna and one-of-a-kind Chilewich textiles, according to organizers.

Restaurants participating in the Vintage Hollywood benefit include: Chef Suzanne Tracht’s JAR; Sugar Palm Ocean Avenue at the Viceroy Hotel; Ayara Thai Cuisine; GoGo's Tacos; Seaside on the Pier; Wabi on Rose; Wood & Vine; plus pastries from Thomas Henzi at The Beverly Hilton.

Changemakers expected to participate in this year's Vintage Hollywood include Brianne Howey (Ginny & Georgia), Geraldine Viswanathan (Miracle Workers), Torrance Coombs (The Originals), Mika Abdalla (Sex Appeal) and Davida Williams, according to organizers.

Among sponsors are Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor Stiller, The Park, Venable LLP and Fiji Water.

Since 2002, Vintage Hollywood has raised more than $4.1 million for such organizations as Children’s Action Network, JDRF, Save the Children, United Friends of Children, OPCC and The People Concern. These funds enabled GO Campaign to provide mentorship and support for students in Crenshaw to continue their education, on-the-ground relief assistance to families at the San Diego-Tijuana border, an anti-bullying program for Watts students, tutoring services for elementary students in Lincoln Heights and other endeavors.
