I didn't see any yellow signs up this morning when I checked the water but a general advisory is still in effect at all San Diego County beaches. That means enter the water at your own risk. Beaches are closed from the south end of Seacoast Drive to the U.S.-Mexico border.
The good news is that the waves look pretty fun! Knee to shoulder high with some stand out sets. I suggest waiting for the tide to turn and drain out the groove high tide is slowing down.
The plume tracker indicates that particles released to follow the out-pour of the Tijuana River are down and flowing slightly southwest of the river mouth.
