Happy Sunday surf world!
Too bad our ocean water stinks and looks like YooHoo. Wind has been on it all night, which isn't helping surf conditions at all. I recommend snuggling up! Stay safe and wait another day to get wet.
The yellow signs are up this morning for a general advisory in effect for all San Diego County beaches, as is customary after the kind of rain we have seen this week. That means enter the water at your own risk.

All IB beach is considered closed, from Carnation Avenue to soutern end of Seacoast Drive to the U.S.-Mexico border. The plume tracker indicates that particles released to follow the out-pour of the Tijuana River are Up and flowing north of the river mouth.
