The plume tracker indicates that particles released to follow the out-pour of the Tijuana River are down and flowing west of the river mouth and out to sea. See for yourself.

Beaches from the south end of Seacoast Drive to the U.S.-Mexico border remain closed due to sewage contaminated water.
