Daily Surf Report March 16

Local surfer Greg Broadfoot's daily analysis of surf conditions.

Waves are up for us here in IB. Nice chest to head high faces with some plus sized sets!  I suggests breaking out your short board and get some dumpers. Stay safe and stay wet out there.

The plume tracker indicates that particles released to follow the out-pour of the Tijuana River are down and flowing slightly South of the river mouth. See for yourself.

You can always call for a water update from the San Diego County Department of Environmental Health before hitting the water at 619-338-2073.

Wind is  out of the north east at three mph. Water is a chilly 54-56 degrees.
