Daily Surf Report March 21 - Beach Closed

Local surfer Greg Broadfoot's daily analysis of surf conditions.

Beaches from Carnation Avenue to the U.S.-Mexico border remain closed. A general advisory has been issued for all other San Diego County beaches by the Department of Environmental Health after this weekend's rainfall.

The plume tracker indicates that particles released to follow the outpour of the Tijuana River are flowing south of the river mouth. See for yourself.

Wind is light out of the northwest at 8 mph and the water is 54 degrees.
