Monday Surf Report and Weather Forecast

Small and playful action in the water Monday.

I'm Surf Junke Jeff with your Imperial Beach Patch surf report. Well we're seeing the surf continue to fade away, but you can still find some playful size waves out there.

Conditions are starting off mostly clean and glassy with a combination of some leftover southwest swell and some northwest windswell in the water.

That recipe is offering IB some kinda crumbly broken up lines with some fun shoulders to pick off.  Most spots in Imperial Beach are seeing knee to waist high plus waves with the top combo breaks pulling some belly high waves, and a few plus sets.

Monday's weather forecast calls for sunny skies, with a high temperature of 73 during the day and low of 57. Highs of 72 to 77 on the coast, low to mid 80s inland.

If you're planning on paddling, you'll want to want to wear at least a thin fullsuit with the water temperature averaging between 60 and 62 degrees. Have fun!
