With their top performances, Ernie Sanchez and Emily O'Brian will move on to San Diego County Preliminary races on Saturday morning at Mt. Carmel High School to decide who competes in County Championships.
Overall, this season the boy's team was 2-4 and the girl's team was 0-6, said Head Coach Wesley Charles.
"We just didn't have that many girls and track is one of those sports that if you don't have a lot of people then you're going to struggle to win," he said.
