Hello surf enthusiasts, I'm Surf Junkie Jeff with your Imperial Beach Patch surf report. Well, the latest run of fun size surf has backed down a bit, but there are still some playful size waves to pick off.
We're starting off with some nice and glassy conditions early on, with a fading combination of southerly swell and some minor northwest windswell mixing in.
That recipe is offering this neck of the woods some soft sectiony lines, with some fast corners to grab. Most spots in Imperial Beach are seeing knee to stomach high waves, with focal points pulling some larger sets.

Forecast calls for highs of 67 to 72 on the coast and 72 to 77 inland. Wind could reach 15 mph Thursday afternoon.
If you're planning on paddling, you'll want to wear at least a 3/2 fullsuit for that a.m session, with the water temperature averaging between 59 and 62 degrees. Good luck!
