Tuesday Surf Report and Weather Forecast

Another dismal day of waves.

Good Tuesday morning surf enthusiasts, I'm Surf Junkie Jeff with your Imperial Beach Patch surf report. It's looking like another dismal day of waves with some pretty small and weak energy up and down the coast.

The conditions are starting off nice and clean with some light offshore winds. We have a very minimal combination of west-northwest swell and a hint of southwesterly energy in the water.

That recipe is offering this stretch of sand with some soft and fairly broken-up lines with not a lot to work with unless you're on a log. Most spots in Imperial Beach are seeing knee to thigh waves with the standout breaks seeing maybe a few waist high plus sets.

Partly cloudy with highs from 61 to 66 and lows from 42 to 50 this evening with chance of low clouds and fog.

If you're going to get wet, a 4/3 fullsuit and maybe the booties will do the job with the water temperature at most spots averaging between 56 and 58 degrees. Good luck.
