• Lafayette Housing Project Could Receive Up to $25 Million in Financing Bay Area Telegraph (bayareatelegraph.com) — A 48-unit supportive affordable housing project at 949 Moraga Road in downtown Lafayette is vying for up to $25 million in competitive low‑income housing tax credits, a key piece of its $54 million financing plan. If approved this fall, the credits would join state, county Measure X, federal, and city land contributions, moving the centrally located project much closer to construction near BART and the library.
