Congressional Candidate Harley Rouda On Election Day: Photos

LAGUNA BEACH, CA —Harley Rouda, the Democratic Congressional Candidate for California's 48th District, led a rally in Laguna Beach Tuesday morning before voting at his precinct on Election Day, November 6, 2018.

Rouda was challenging Republican Rep. Dana Rohrabacher for the highly contested seat in Orange County. Rohrabacher has held his position without serious challenge for the better part of a generation. As of Tuesday night, Rouda and Rohrabacher were neck and neck in the closely watched race.

Rouda began the day in Laguna Beach with a rally at Main Beach where family, friends and followers gathered to join him on his trek to Congressional Church to cast their ballots.
