Police Identify Woman Killed in Laguna Crash
Authorities released the identity of a 66-year-old woman killed in Laguna Hills.
The Orange County coroner today identified a woman killed in Laguna Hills when a minivan struck the bicycle she was riding as 66- year-old Michiko Day.
The Laguna Woods woman was struck about 1:40 p.m. on Paseo de Valencia at Kennington Drive, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Department.
She was pronounced dead at Saddleback Memorial Medical Center in Laguna Hills, officials said.

Northbound Paseo de Valencia was closed at Laguna Hills Drive as authorities investigated the fatality, according to the sheriff’s department.
