"For a few moments every morning, the sun reflects off the sand and makes for heavenly photos," Theders tells Patch.

On this particular morning, the ocean was peaceful, she says.
"There was small chop today, a lot of swimmers made their way through the brisk 57 degree water." She looked forward to the big surf that was promised for week's end.
