24 Carrots Second Pop-Up Dinner

You’re invited to indulge in delicious bites and beers at 24 carrots' second installation of their much anticipated pop-up dinner series. The second pop-up dinner theme is -  Biergarten - and will take place on June 26th at 7:00pm. Guests will enjoy an evening of incredible food and fantastic company on the beautiful grounds of Franciscan Gardens in San Juan Capistrano. Experience an incredible 6-course meal prepared by award-winning culinary artist, Executive Chef Ashley Santo Domingo and Culinary Institute of America graduate, Pastry Chef Robert LeSage. This exclusive event will showcase an array of German-inspired dishes with a 24 carrots twist. Dishes include an interactive hot Pretzel Station, Beer Braised Crispy Pork Belly and something sweet - an Apple Streudel paired with housemade beer ice cream floats. The tastings will be thoughtfully paired with beers direct from Ballast Point Brewery in San Diego to heighten the experience of every dish. Seating is limited and this pop-up dinner will sell out.
