This Fourth of July, celebrate with a delicious dinner and private fireworks display at The St. Regis Monarch Beach. Indulge in the celebrated cuisine of Motif at The St. Regis Monarch Beach with an alfresco dinner on the terrace, that also gives you a front-row seat to the Resort's Fourth of July fireworks spectacular. Motif's Executive Chef Frederic Castan has created a special four-course menu specifically for the evening, with dinner served at 7pm. Reservations are available for $95 per person for dinner; and for $140 for dinner including the restaurant's award-winning wine pairings. Dinner on the terrace is limited to approximately 100 guests, but guests are welcome to enjoy Motif’s regular menu at the restaurant’s indoor tables as well.
