Community Health Fair Sponored by Park Terrace in Rancho Santa Margairta

The Fair will offer health and fitness presentations, chair
massages, healthy food samples, exercise demonstrations and more.

Dentist, Seasons Hospice, Accent Care, Salus Home Health, Saddleback Hospice,
Doctor's Ambulance, Walgreens, Brite Star, The Braille Institute, Foothill
Ranch Eye Care, Ron's Pharmacy, Fairhaven Memorial Services, Santa Margarita
Solutions Center and others.

This event was created by Heather Battey, Park Terrace's
Wellness Director to continue the wellness mission for our Residents regarding
living a healthy lifestyle.  This year's
Health Fair is open to the community. "Health and wellness fairs educate
community members about healthy lifestyles and disease prevention, and promote
health awareness and individuals assuming responsibility for their own
health" said Battey.
