Community Table: Sunday Brunch with Raj Dixit

On Sunday, August 10 at 11 am you're invited to join Executive Chef Raj Dixit, of Michael Mina's Stonehill Tavern at the St. Regis Monarch Beach, for a farm-to-table community brunch. Held in the courtyard of The Ecology Center in San Juan Capistrano, this brunch will offer a custom designed menu to celebrate the seasonal shift of summer to autumn and the abundant harvest it brings. Chef Dixit is working in collaboration with Weiser Family Farms, a biodiverse farm focused on sustainable techniques, to bring the freshest, greenest, and tastiest food right to your plate.
