This summer, join Scott’s Restaurant & Bar as we travel the globe, sampling wines and cuisine from every established region on the planet. Come experience the first evening of the tour with delectable food and wine from the Oregon and Washington regions on Thursday, June 5 at 7 pm. During this private winemaker dinner, you will enjoy a four-course dinner of dishes meticulously paired by our expert sommelier with four regional wines from the Pacific Northwest. The four-course dinner menu prepared by Executive Chef Mike Doctulero will include ahi tartare with organic rossa, gravlax salad with Persian cucumber, smoked quail, and a roasted leg of lamb with black garlic sabayon - seasoned and spiced to perfection.
