Sellers decide not to use a professional photographer. The cost is more than they want to spend. Besides, a digital camera will produce a pretty good picture. Right? Not so fast. Much of your home’s exposure will be on the internet. Many sellers are opting to use a photographer who can shoot wide angle, professional looking photos. Make sure your house shines online along with your competition’s home.

Price It to Sell

If you are stuck on a price because you just know it’s worth it, you may be working against your own best interests. I understand that you want to net the highest possible price when selling a home, and I want that for you. However, when a home is over-priced, buyers will move onto a home that is within their budget and that compares to your home. If you put yourself in their shoes, you would do the same.
