Yoga for Kids!

Xcite Yoga
In a child’s busy world of school, friends, homework, video games, and creative play, Xcite Yoga is an opportunity for children to learn how to incorporate fun relaxation techniques while learning to shut off outside influences. They will learn to find peace within their busy little lives through yoga positions that enhance relaxation, and improve self control and balance. While children stand like trees, row a magical boat out to sea, and stretch like kittens; they will increase their strength, flexibility, concentration, and ability to relax! Xcite instructors also teach students about healthy eating habits and nutrition in a fun and experimental way.
