Coroner IDs Victim Of I-15 Lake Elsinore Crash
The fatal crash occurred early Friday just north of the Outlets At Lake Elsinore on southbound I-15, Cal Fire reports.
LAKE ELSINORE, CA — A Menifee man died in an early morning collision on southbound I-15 Friday, Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department reported.
The Riverside County Coroner reported that Luis Solano Guzman, 33, died from injuries sustained in the crash.
Officials arrived at the scene just north of Nichols Road and the Outlets at Lake Elsinore before 2:15 a.m., according to Cal Fire. Upon arrival, emergency responders discovered one person was killed during the crash. The occupant of the other car was not injured, they said.

The crash remains under investigation by the California Highway Patrol.
