1 Injured, 4 Displaced In Lakeland Village House Fire
Damages estimated at $350,000 in the blaze, officials said.

LAKELAND VILLAGE, CA – One person was injured, four adults were displaced and significant damage followed a Friday residential fire in Lakeland Village, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
Crews responded at 5:51 a.m. to the single-story structure blaze on the 19000 block of Elena Drive.
One occupant, suffering from moderate burns possibly while trying to extinguish the flames, was transported by ambulance to Inland Valley Medical Center in Wildomar. No additional injuries were reported, and the current condition of the victim was not available.

The blaze was knocked down about an hour later, according to the fire department.
The American Red Cross assisted the four adults displaced due to the extensive fire damage, the department said.

An estimated $350,ooo in damages were reported to the 2,500-square-foot home, officials said, and the cause of the fire was under investigation.
