2-Alarm Fire Damages Lake Elsinore Strip Mall
It took crews more than an hour to contain a two-alarm fire that broke out in a commercial building in Lake Elsinore Friday night.

LAKE ELSINORE, CA — It took crews more than an hour to contain a two-alarm fire that broke out in a commercial building in Lake Elsinore around 8:43 p.m. Friday, the Riverside County Fire Department said.
The fire broke out through the roof at the seven-unit row of shops on the 18600 block of Collier Avenue, authorities said. It was contained at around 10 p.m.
Photos and video shared on social media appeared to show significant damage inside at least one business.

No injuries were reported, and the cause was under investigation.
