The crash happened Thursday in the Norco area.

NORCO, CA — A crash on I-15 in Riverside County led to a partial freeway closure when a motorist was briefly trapped in the wreckage on Thursday, officials report. The two-car collision happened about 11:15 a.m. on northbound I-15, just north of Second Street, according to the California Highway Patrol. Lanes were blocked but have since reopened.
