TOPIC: Discussion, Brainstorming and Committing to Ways to Support the Community's Efforts to Reduce Homelessness.While the City is hosting this meeting, this meeting will be facilitated by Social Work Action Group - the City's Homeless Outreach Street Team. This will be a very collaborative meeting. We hope you will join us and encourage other Faith-Based Organizations to do the same.
