LEUSD: 100% Virtual Learning Option Request Form Is Open Until July 26, 2020

Only complete this Form if you want your child enrolled in the 100% Virtual Model and you did not complete the Form earlier in June...

We are notifying all district parents and guardians that effective today the opportunity to request the 100% Virtual Instructional Model for the 2020-21 school year has been reopened and extended to Sunday, July 26, 2020.

An online form has been created for this purpose. Click here.

Related information was sent earlier today under our ParentSquare Countdown Newsletter Number 12.

• Please only complete this Form if you are certain you want your child enrolled in the 100% Virtual Model and you did not complete the Form earlier in June.
• If you completed the original Form in June, your child is already enrolled in 100% Virtual and you do not need to resubmit the Form.
