Pedestrian Hit By Car After Running Across Ramona Expressway

PERRIS, CA - A pedestrian ran across the Ramona Expressway in Perris Friday night and was fatally struck by a Nissan Sentra Friday evening.

The collision was reported at 7:55 p.m. at Bridge Street, according to the California Highway Patrol.

A witness told the CHP the pedestrian ran across the roadway and was hit by the driver.

The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the CHP.
