Wildomar Woman Arrested On Suspicion Of Vehicle Theft

Tracy Rose Baker, 45, was found with a stolen car in Wildomar, the sheriff's department said. She already had a warrant out for her arrest.

WILDOMAR, CA — A Wildomar woman who had an outstanding felony warrant for vehicle theft was arrested this week after being found with another stolen car, according to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.

Tracy Rose Baker, 45, was taken into custody around 8:20 Tuesday. Her arrest came after deputies responded to Lemon Street and Blondon Court in Wildomar regarding a suspicious vehicle call.

When deputies arrived, they found a gray Kia Optima that was reported stolen out of Wildomar, according to the sheriff's department. Baker was arrested at the scene and booked into Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility in Banning on suspicion of vehicle theft and drug charges, jail records show. No bail has been set for her.

Bud Tuley, 62, of Wildomar was inside the stolen Kia and arrested on suspicion of an outstanding felony warrant for receiving stolen property. He was released Tuesday from Southwest Detention Center in Murrieta on $10,000 bail and is due in court in January, jail records show.
