Woman ID'd In Deadly Ramona Expressway Crash
Coroner's and CHP officials say the crash happened Wednesday night.
LAKEVIEW, CA — A woman was killed in a head-on crash in Lakeview, authorities said Thursday.
The crash was reported at 7:38 p.m. Wednesday in the area of the Ramona Expressway and Bernasconi Road, the California Highway Patrol reported.
Kayla Castro, 19, of San Jacinto died at the scene, the Riverside County coroner's office reported.

Another person was taken to a hospital in critical condition, according to a news photographer at the scene. Details about the crash were not immediately available.
