Motorcycle Crash Into Power Pole Causes SIG Alert Through Lake Forest
A motorcycle struck a power pole on Tuesday morning drew traffic to a stand still for a 45 minute SIG alert through Lake Forest.

LAKE FOREST, CA — A vehicle crashed into a light pole on the transition from southbound San Diego Freeway to the State Route 133 in Irvine, Tuesday morning.
The crash prompted a SIG alert to allow crews to clear the scene from approximately 8:15 to 9:30, according to California Highway Patrol.
"A motorcyclist was reported to have struck a light pole," Orange County Fire Authority Capt. Larry Kurtz said. "The cyclist walked away with minor injuries."

A good Samaritan reported that the power lines were in vehicle lanes, prompting the SIG alert to clear the scene.
No injuries were reported from the scene, however traffic was stalled for over an hour.
