LAKE FOREST, CA — After an extended hiatus, Fresca’s Authentic Mexican Kitchen, serving authentic, scratch-made Mexican cuisine using fresh, high-quality ingredients with no preservatives, announced that after a six-year hiatus it reopened at its original South Orange County location – 22681 Lake Forest Drive in Lake Forest, CA – on Tuesday, October 18.

To celebrate the occasion, the newly re-branded Fresca’s Authentic Mexican Kitchen, formerly known as Fresca’s Mexican Grill gave away FREE meals for one year to the first 25 guests in line.

Free meals are redeemable once per week, not exceeding a value of $10, through the Fresca’s Authentic Mexican Kitchen loyalty program. Free meals are valid for one year with loyalty card present.

As part of the ribbon cutting event, Fresca’s offered food samples, giveaways and family-friendly entertainment throughout the day.

People are also encouraged to register for the Fresca’s Authentic Mexican Kitchen loyalty program, as one lucky guest will be randomly selected to win four (4) luxury box tickets to a 2017 baseball game at Angel Stadium in Anaheim, where the restaurant operates a fixed location that opened in the spring of 2016. Additionally, guests can take advantage of the Lake Forest Fresca’s Taco Tuesday deal to receive Crispy Shredded Chicken Tacos for $1.25 each after 2:00PM. Those who mention Santiago Elementary School will help give back as 25 percent of the proceeds from guests’ orders will be donated to the school. The 2,000 square foot restaurant will be the company’s sixth location in Orange County and tenth store overall and will add 20 new jobs to the local economy.
