<p>LAKE FOREST, CA—Just after midnight, Orange County got a little wake up call. A magnitude 3.0 earthquake shook up parts of northern Orange County today, the U.S. Geological Survey reported. </p>  <p>The quake struck at 12:17 a.m. at a depth of about 1.9 miles, its epicenter 1 mile northeast of Placentia and 1 mile west-northwest of Yorba Linda, according to a computer-generated USGS report.</p>  <p>There were no reports of damages or injuries.</p>
