April 5 – Commercial Broker Workshop (11:30 am to 1:30 pm – Sports Park)
The City is hosting a Commercial Broker/Property Manager Workshop for commercial brokers and property managers that represent Lake Forest business parks and retail centers. The workshop will include updates on the City’s major development projects, information on the City’s business resources, and insight on how to successfully navigate the City’s planning and building review process. Lunch will be provided.
Apr 8 – Bunny Blast (11 am to 3 pm – El Toro Park)
This is great fun, especially for the kids. But get there early. Parking can be tough and the rides fill up.
Apr 8 – Ethnies Egg Hunt (11 am to 1 pm – Ethnies Skate Park)
$5 admission covers egg hunt, games, crafts, etc. Pre-registration required.
Apr 8 – Luna Fest (1 pm – Murray Center, Mission Viejo)

The Advisory Committee for Teens (ACT) offers a way for teens to assist with city and community programs and events that fulfill their community service hours. If you are interested in becoming a part of ACT please call (949) 461-3450. We are always seeking to add new members!

April 27 – Excellence for Seniors Luncheon (11:30 to 1 pm – City Hall)
This is the annual award for the senior who has contributed to our Senior Center activities. It's a great event.
April 28 – Leadership Breakfast (7:30 – Sports Park)
By invitation only. The City celebrates the wonderful work that volunteers contribute to our quality of life.
Apr 28 – Business Smart Workshop (9 am to 12 pm – City Hall)
The City and Small Business Administration are co-hosting a "Business Smart" workshop designed to teach prospective and new business owners essential strategies for running "smart" and successful businesses. Workshop topics include: -Basics of business startup -Essentials of becoming credit-ready -How and where to find additional small business support and educational resources Light breakfast and refreshments will be provided. Register online or contact Economic Development for more information.
Apr 29 – Special Needs Resource Fair (9 am to 12 pm – Sports Park)
Attend the 2nd Annual Special Needs Resource Fair and learn more about the resources available to the special needs community from over 20 exhibitor booths. There will be fun for the entire family, including a performance by the Glee Academy and a DJ! Refreshments will be provided and look for more activities and special guests! Last year was great. I expect this year will be another great workshop.
