Former Foothill Ranch Student Talks About Bullying
A new book on how to cope with bullying

Bullying is defined as “intentionally aggressive, usually repeated verbal, social, or physical behavior aimed at a specific person or group of people.” It’s estimated that 1 in 3 students experience bullying and nearly as many confess to participating in it.
Hot off the presses, Brittani Saint, a former Foothill Ranch student tells her story in “Beat the Bully”. It begins when she was 12 years old and she talks about the experiences and how she eventually overcame them. Along the way she developed some excellent suggestions for other children who have to cope with it. Here are some examples from her book –
“What makes you different today is what makes you memorable tomorrow.”
