Laguna Woods Man, 96, Charged with Molesting Girls

LAGUNA WOODS, CA A 96-year-old man is facing criminal charges for allegedly molesting two girls, 11 and 12 years old, in Laguna Woods, a prosecutor said today.

Kenneth Leroy Collins of Laguna Woods was arrested Feb. 25 and is scheduled to be arraigned Friday, according to Deputy District Attorney Mena Guirguis.

Collins is accused of touching the children, masturbating in front of them and taking off his diapers to expose himself, the prosecutor said.

Collins may be the oldest person housed in the Orange County Jail, according to Guirguis. He's being held in lieu of $1 million bail, according to jail records.
