Lake Forest AYSO Coach Indicted on Child Porn Charges
A 65-year-old girls soccer coach pleaded not guilty to distributing and possessing child porn Friday.

A 65-year-old Lake Forest man who was a volunteer American Youth Soccer Organization coach has been arraigned on an indictment alleging possession and distribution of child pornography, authorities said today.
Robert Warden Phillips pleaded not guilty Monday to three counts of distribution of child pornography and three counts of possession of child pornography. He was released on $50,000 bond.
Phillips coached 12- to 14-year-old girls in the AYSO league in the fall of 2014, according to Thom Mrozek, a spokesman for the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

Authorities seized three computers, an iPad, an iPhone and several other media devices from his Lake Forest home in June of last year. Two of the computers and a thumb drive contained images of child pornography, the indictment alleges.
