Lake Forest Woman Suspected of Running 2 O.C. Brothels

Orange County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Lake Forest woman this week on suspicion of running two brothels, one in Lake Forest and one in Stanton.

Deputies served “multi-location search warrants” as part of investigation into pimping and pandering. Arrested was Nga “Sandra” Tran, 45, officials said.

Tran is suspected of exploiting two female adults, 19 and 20 years of age, who worked for her as prostitutes, according to a sheriff’s press release.

As operator/owner of the brothel, Tran collected a portion of the proceeds from sex services performed and provided condoms, lubricant and information on ways to avoid detection by law enforcement, deputies allege.

Tran is being held without bail and expected to appear in court today.
