Let Us Entertain You at the 11th Relay For Life/Lake Forest.

Join us on Saturday, July 30, 2016 at 10 am for the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life Lake Forest.

In 2006, the City of Lake Forest joined the fight against cancer with other communities at in the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life.

Every year since an enthusiastic group of volunteers unite in their fight against cancer. They rally, plan parties to celebrate survivors and remember loved ones that lost their battles.

Relay For Life will return to Lake Forest Sports Park, 28000 Rancho Parkway, Lake Forest, CA 92610 on Saturday, July 30, 2016 at 10 am to Sunday, July 31 at 10 am.

This year Relay for Life Lake Forest celebrates its 11th anniversary as we proudly look back on a legacy of fighting cancer. In one way or another, we all have been affected by cancer including our entertainers. They are sharing their talents with us in an effort to support our community’s dedication to end this disease.

The day is packed with entertainment, activities, a Kid’s Kamp by Home Depot, themed laps, free movies, a silent auction and more. Some of the themed laps are “Red, White and Blue,” Hawaiian, Light Up the Night, It’s PJ Time, Stuffed Toy and Crazy Hat/Bed Head.

Activities include a hula hoop contest, frozen t-shirt contest, water balloon toss and face-painting. A larger than life, Dancing Elephant and a Turtle will touch the heart and imaginations of children and adults alike.

Entertainment includes the National Anthem, Duct Tape Beer Band, OC Ramblers, Raise the Barre performers, RPL Effect, South of Mars, The Audio Joe Project, The Other Mules and a Luminaria Ceremonial lap around the track to Amazing Grace.

Come walk through “Nolan the Colon,” an interactive, giant colon that depicts the good, the bad, the healthy and non-healthy polyps, plus it illustrates the various stage of disease. Don’t miss this eye-catching, must-see attraction that shows you what happens inside the colon.
